This notice serves to inform you of your rights as they apply to conducting these types of electronic transactions. Your consent is required in order for you to electronically sign (esign) and electronically receive any and all documents related to your policy. You will have the opportunity to provide your consent at the bottom of this notice.
Requirements for accessing electronic documents: In order to access your records electronically, you must have a valid email address and a personal computer or other device that allows you to access the Internet.
Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic records at any time by emailing us at info@soohooinsurance.com. Withdrawal of your consent will not negate the electronic records provided to you prior to execution of your withdrawal of consent. Your withdrawal of consent shall be effective within 30 days after receipt of the withdrawal request by us.
Option to obtain paper copies: Upon your request, we can provide you with paper copies of the records we provide to you electronically for no additional cost.
Updating your contact information: Should there be a change to your email address, please contact us as soon as possible so we may update our records.
